The single cell tool provides differential expression analysis data of genes corresponding to non-coding RNA biomarkers in this database based on 28 single-cell RNA sequencing datasets associated with 19 types of human cancers. The genes include differentially expressed genes between different cell types in cancer, and differentially expressed genes in cancer lesions compared to normal and paracancerous tissues. Differential expression information at the single cell level allows users to obtain a better understanding of the impact of abnormal gene expression on cancers.
